Co-EiC of eLight, Professor at the National University of Singapore, is recently admitted as a foreign fellow of Chinese Optical Society (COS). Before this, Prof. Qiu has been awarded Fellowship of AAET, APS, Optica, SPIE and EMA (The Electromagentics Academy). He is one of the 5 foreign COS Fellows in 2024.
