Co-EiC of eLight, Dean's Chair Professor at the National University of Singapore, is recently admitted as a fellow of the American Physical Society (APS). The honor is to recognize the Prof. Qiu's trailblazing contributions to the topological thermal materials and diffusion, creating new frontiers of thermal materials, heat and mass transport, and thermal radiation. Before APS, Prof. Qiu has been awarded Fellowship of Optica, SPIE and EMA (The Electromagentics Academy). He is one of the eight APS Fellows 2023 who are based in Asia.
