Comparison of experiment results under the CDI modality [45]. A dual-pinhole aperture is illuminated by a coherent light. A live glioblastoma cell sample is imaged in a time series of diffraction patterns. The reconstructed results describe the fusion process of two glioblastoma cells and form a high-density area. The AP technique is sensitive to measurement noise, and produces unsatisfying results. The reported LPR technique enables to remove noise artifacts and preserve fine details with high fidelity
